• User Account Data: Name, email address, and profile picture collected via Google OAuth during login. We also request read-only access to your Google Spreadsheets to enable importing customer data.
• Contact Information: Phone numbers of customers, collected from Google Sheets you provide.
• Customer Data: Names, addresses, and order details (e.g., order value, order number) from Google Sheets.

2.2 Shopify Integration Data

• Store Credentials: Store name, Shopify Shop URL, and Shopify Access Token, voluntarily provided by you to enable order updates.
• Order Information: Order IDs and statuses updated via Shopify API based on customer responses.

2.3 Usage Data

• App Interactions: Call statuses (e.g., Confirmed, Declined), stored temporarily in Redis.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and device information logged during App usage.

2.4 How Information Is Collected

We collect information directly from you (e.g., via login or settings input), from Google Sheets you upload, and automatically through App usage and third-party integrations.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery: Authenticate users via Google OAuth, make automated calls via Twilio, and update Shopify orders based on customer responses.
• Data Management: Store call statuses in Redis and customer data in our database for processing.
• Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to enhance EcomDraft App functionality.
• Communication: Send service-related notifications (e.g., call confirmations via Shopify).

4. How We Share Your Information

Call statuses in Redis expire after 24 hours (or 5 minutes for temporary keys). We implement measures like encryption, access controls, and secure servers to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
